Dhyanam India Tours specializes in offering India and Asia tour packages, providing immersive cultural experiences and custom travel itineraries. These terms define the rights and responsibilities of both Dhyanam India Tours and our valued customers. 

Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized partners. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking, and full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date. Prices are subject to change based on availability and exchange rates.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before departure will receive a full refund but we will deduct the administrative fees and bank charges for the total amount. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure. Refund processing may take up to 15 business days.

Travel Documents & Insurance

Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary permits. Dhyanam India Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.

Itinerary & Changes

Dhyanam India Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant itinerary changes will be communicated in advance.

Liability & Responsibilities

Dhyanam India Tours acts as an intermediary for transportation, accommodations, and other travel services. We are not liable for third-party failures or delays. Customers must comply with local laws and regulations at their travel destinations. We are not responsible for lost baggage, personal belongings, or accidents during the trip.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Customers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel. Some tours may involve physical activities such as hiking, long-distance walking, or high-altitude visits, so customers should assess their fitness levels accordingly. In case of a medical emergency, all expenses must be borne by the traveler.

Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during bookings is used solely for processing travel arrangements and customer support. We do not share customer information with third parties unless required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, failing which they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
