A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the departure date. All payments are processed manually through secure bank transfers or other agreed-upon methods. Prices are subject to change based on availability and exchange rates at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 30 days before departure will receive a full refund but we will deduct the administrative fees and bank charges for the total amount. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure. Refund processing may take up to 15 business days.
Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary permits. Dhyanam India Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.

In case of a medical emergency, all expenses must be borne by the traveler.
